Disable Text Alerts

Disable text alerts

If you no longer want to receive financial alerts via text message, you can disable them in Quicken Classic for Windows. Disabling text alerts does not affect email alerts or notifications in the mobile app.

Turn off text alerts

To disable text alerts:

1. Select the Mobile & Web tab.

2. In the Alerts section, select Set up Alerts.

3. In the Edit Alerts Settings window, clear the Text checkbox for each alert type you want to stop receiving as a text message.

4. Select OK to save your changes.

Note: You must keep the Email checkbox selected if you still want to receive alerts by email. Alerts that have both checkboxes cleared are disabled completely.
